I've been dreaming up a green soup for awhile now but have yet to have a chance to do it...other ingredients seem to be distracting me, hah. This looks great, greens at their best! I notice you do a lot for Marcus Samuelsson. What exactly is the blog relationship there?
Your soup looks beautiful!! I would have never thought of making Swiss chard soup but I'd love to try it. I've never heard of sorrel leaves. I'm gonna have to do some research to find out what that is. :)
Oh My! that is absolutely stunning! I am sorry i have been so silent as of late. I have been reading but having issues with Blogger... Its Monique by the way, i think this is my temporary solution to the firewall. :-)
I love all kinds of creamy and clear soups. I don't like them loaded with veggies, I mean I like them like this, where I can drink my soup and don't have to eat it too, know what I mean?
