Oaxacan Green Mole Stew

  2. Crisper guilt...I really do have that. Although I will say that lately I've been trying to cut up my veggies and attempt to freeze them if I can't use them before they go bad. Not that it always works, but still.

  8. Oh the vegetables in my crisper hate me all week - until the end of it, when I decide to throw them all into a stir fry of some sort! Next time... they'll get pampered with this =)

  24. "Crisper guilt" - haha! I never had a name for that odd, uneasy feeling I had whenever looking into my fridge at the end of a week, but now you have put a name to my neurosis, Joanne ;)

    I love the versatility of your green mole stew, especially with all the veggies we've been getting in our farm share! We've also been on a Mexican kick, so this recipe is perfect. Love the tomatillas :)
