Recipe: Pasta with Broccoli, Olives and Feta

  4. What is it about feta that makes everything all right? I have extra ricotta salata left over and think I will use that and do this.

    This looks delicious and healthy! I might sub goat cheese for feta, because I like any excuse to eat goat cheese and am not feta's biggest fan, hehe.

  25. Feta cheese makes any pasta salad so much better. I almost always add some, no matter what else I have in the salad. It works with almost anything. ;)
