ReplyDeleteI have been getting more into the bean and lentil scene, so this sounds like an excellent combination of grain, lentil and veg. The pomegranate should really make it pop with flavor.

ReplyDeleteThis stew looks awesome! Lentil and barley and spinach and golden raisins and pomegranate molasses... Such a great combination of peculiar flavors. Love your bowl, too :)
Swear there really is a universal consciousness because like a number of other people, I've had lentils on the brain. Love the idea of barley in this too, yum! Funny, I'll bet the pomegranate taste changes when added to the savory ingredients sort of like cinnamon in Danish Kale soup and is totally surprising. This goes on the must make list for sure!

ReplyDeleteI an see my self in that bowl... LOL
Heading over to check recipe...
