There's little better than the smell of roasted garlic permeating your kitchen and your life. For a recipe that can help you do just that, check out my post on Marcus Samuelsson's blog!
Do you know what my favorite kitchen appliance is? My immersion blender!! Cauliflower soup is one of my favorites, but roasting the garlic just takes it to a whole new level, and then greek yogurt? Come on. Genius! Thanks for giving me an excuse to blend up a tasty storm :)
I have to say, people are quite offended by garlic breath. Im not opposed to it lol - Im such a garlic lover that its like a respect thing for me haha. Sounds delish!
I could seriously eat an entire head of roasted garlic all by itself. Nothin wrong with that. I put it in my cauliflower bisque as well.... o.k. I put it in everything. ;)
I've been meaning to make precisely this all winter... I just adore tons of garlic in a soup, and the creaminess that cauliflower brings to the party. Your recipes have been so pitch-perfect lately! You're on a roll, my dear. :) (Quick, go buy a lottery ticket and see if it holds!)
Love garlic, cauliflower, and soup. Plus, the immersion blender I've lusted after for two years is en route to me as I write. Can't wait to try it out with this recipe! What perfect timing!
What a great recipe for cauliflower soup. I love cauliflower soup and I think with the addition of garlic it would be even better. This is a recipe I'll store away for when the seasons change - it's a bit warm for soup at the moment!
Your recipe inspired me to make a roasted garlic and cauliflower soup today! Thank you. I did it a little differently but the flavors were the same. Thanks for the inspiration. The roasted garlic gave it a great 'kick.'
A local restaurant here has a delicious cauliflower soup that I've been dying to try to recreate. But it looks like I might want this one even more! Checking it out!!
