Recipe: Roasted Garlic Cauliflower Soup

  4. Do you know what my favorite kitchen appliance is? My immersion blender!! Cauliflower soup is one of my favorites, but roasting the garlic just takes it to a whole new level, and then greek yogurt? Come on. Genius! Thanks for giving me an excuse to blend up a tasty storm :)

  17. I have to say, people are quite offended by garlic breath. Im not opposed to it lol - Im such a garlic lover that its like a respect thing for me haha. Sounds delish!

  19. I could seriously eat an entire head of roasted garlic all by itself. Nothin wrong with that. I put it in my cauliflower bisque as well.... o.k. I put it in everything. ;)

  27. What a great recipe for cauliflower soup. I love cauliflower soup and I think with the addition of garlic it would be even better. This is a recipe I'll store away for when the seasons change - it's a bit warm for soup at the moment!
