IMG_2821

Although I posted this recipe for savory rhubarb and chipotle goat cheese pizza last year, given that rhubarb season is around the corner, I couldn't resist sharing it again.  Check out the recipe and my post over at Marcus Samuelsson's blog!

  5. When I was a kid, rhubard grew all around the community and we helped ourselves to a regular stalk and ate it raw and, my family turned it into pie - with or without the berries. I must admit I've never considered it in a savory application, but can see your pizza being very good.

  16. Apres surgery, I have to be seriously careful about what I eat. Pizza will probably be off that list for good--but the fatty, greasy, drippy kind. Not this beautiful, light little creation here. Goat cheese, my love... le sigh.

  39. I didn't jump in and try a savory rhubarb recipe last year even though I wanted to really bad. This is the year for it. Love that you've combined it with chipotle goat cheese and topped a pizza with it.
