Although I posted this recipe for savory rhubarb and chipotle goat cheese pizza last year, given that rhubarb season is around the corner, I couldn't resist sharing it again. Check out the recipe and my post over at Marcus Samuelsson's blog!

Such a creative ingredient combo! I'm a huge rhubarb fan but I would probably never think to put it on pizza. You're brilliant :)

ReplyDeleteWhat a wacky combination. I love it!! Off to check the recipe.
ReplyDeleteI have actually never cooked with rhubarb - I can't wait to check this out and maybe give it a try.
ReplyDeleteI have to find rhubarb soon!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a kid, rhubard grew all around the community and we helped ourselves to a regular stalk and ate it raw and, my family turned it into pie - with or without the berries. I must admit I've never considered it in a savory application, but can see your pizza being very good.
ReplyDeleteNever in a million years I would think of using rhubarb in pizza, but... wow! I bet it tastes great!

ReplyDeleteApres surgery, I have to be seriously careful about what I eat. Pizza will probably be off that list for good--but the fatty, greasy, drippy kind. Not this beautiful, light little creation here. Goat cheese, my love... le sigh.
ReplyDeleteWow - that looks so good!
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me I haven't cooked with rhubarb yet this spring. What am I waiting for?
ReplyDeleteCould you make a simple idea of a pizza anymore gourmet? Fabulous job my friend, I love your creativity :D
