  9. Kale is something I've yet to really tangle with, and lentils... oh lentils... I cannot get into them. They remind me of how new-agey people smell. Isn't that bizarre? But somehow you always make these things look gorgeous and tasty!

  19. Great way to use kale in something other than the traditional salad. Plus, you have savory lentils, sweet sweet potatoes and slightly bitter kale that are all mixed together. It's a lot of flavor that keeps your mouth happy!

  24. I am learning to like Kale more. I just had some kale and white bean soup. This also looks too tempting! I'm sorry I've been absent around here. I've been so busy with end of semester work. I hope you are doing well. As always, I'm so happy to visit your beautiful blog. Thank you again for sharing this bowl of deliciousness!

  25. See... I have such a weird thing about lentils. I love them, I really really do! BUT, my issue is that I am just now starting to figure out how to cook them properly. Either they're too crunch (yikes) or too mushy (yuck)... but, again, I've started to get it down, so I'll have to try this out right away.
