Recipe: Spinach, Fava Bean and Quinoa Cakes

  12. Fava beans are something I'm oddly intimidated by...no idea why.

    I do however love quinoa and spinach, so might have to stop being such a sissy and give these a try!

  22. I've only ever tried frozen fava beans but I liked those so I'm sure I would like the fresh version even better, especially when put into a delicious little quinoa cake!
