If anyone else absolutely positively cannot believe that the 4th of July is in two days…well, you can join the club.  And then commence stress-menu planning with me.

To calm us all down, I’ve compiled a round-up of some of my favorite 4th of July friendly recipes. So let’s all just breathe. And try not to get too hungry along the way.

First up, we have my all time favorite White Balsamic Custard Tart with Berry Topping. Honestly, can you imagine anything more patriotic?

This Pesto Pasta Salad with Roasted Asparagus, String Beans, Cherry Tomatoes, and Olives packs a HUGE veggie punch.

No summer fete is complete without a good summer squash recipe and this Summer Squash Gratin gets the job done.

If you’re into some non-traditional 4th food, these Black Bean and Feta Tacos with Strawberry Mango Salsa are summer-perfect and so delicious.

You can’t have a true 4th of July feast without pie! This Deep-Dish Strawberry Rhubarb Pie with Crumb Topping is an especial favorite.

If you’re totally not into mayo as a pasta salad topping, this Roasted Asparagus and Tomato Pasta Salad with Goat Cheese is the one for you.

This Grilled Corn and Poblano Guacamole is the perfect party dip!

Red white and blue bread pudding style. Gotta love it with this Rhubarb, Blueberry and Ginger Brioche Bread Pudding.

If you’re hosting some non-meat eaters at your 4th party, then these Chickpea Sweet Potato Quinoa Veggie Burgers are the way to go!

I love to be the girl bringing the show-stopping dessert to parties and this Rhubarb Curd Shortbread Tart with Fresh Strawberries is definitely an eye-catcher.
