gah! Girlfriend you posted this recipe one day late... I made tofu last night and I would have loved to make this recipe rather than the mediocre stir-fry I ended up with. Next time!
I've never been much of a tofu fan, but this does look good. All nice and brown and crunchy on top with those sesame seeds and the lovely taste of sesame oil. What with the green onions, I bet I'd never know it was tofu! You outdid yourself with the photo, Joanne!
It looks so fabulous, Joanne, and I'm sure my husband and I would love it in the middle of a homemade bun! I could definitely sink my teeth into it! :)
This looks great! Yeah, I stayed away from tofu because I thought it was weird. Then I realized I had eaten it in a dish and loved it so I guess I'm a fan. Will have to try these for sure!
Great post over at Marcus, Joanne! Ooh, baby, I could go for a spinach tofu burger - so much delicious protein! I love the addition of soy sauce and sesame oil, too. Just give me one of these on a toasted bun and some sweet potato fries, and I'm all set ;)
I must admit...these are the best looking tofu burgers that I've seen! Thank you for sharing with me. I hope you had a cool and relaxing Tuesday. I know I'm ready for a good nights sleep! Take care and have a blessed week, my friend.
I do believe in tofu. It can be delicious (or pretty bland if not prepared properly). The spinach-tofu burgers seem delicious. Going to have to check out the recipe.
I believe in tofu, yes I do! Love the Asian flavor combo too. Which leads me to wonder how chickpea or peanut flour might enhance it in place of the panko? hmmm...
With flavor-filled tofu and spinach burgers like this, I could REALLY accomplish one of my nutrition goals to cut WAY back on meat consumption. Thanks Joanne! Super photos too!

ReplyDeleteI liked my dish, the last time, I made something with tofu. I burnt it. It was delicious.
For anyone who does not like tofy, just brown it and then brown it again.
