Lucky me! I stumbled upon this recipe over at Marcus Samuelsson’s blog and just had to try it. My college student daughter is a vegetarian, and I’m always looking for a special new dish to nourish and nurture her with when she comes home. What a huge success! It has officially been designated as “cravable” in this house, and the girl has requested it as her first dinner when she returns home from her summer research gig next week. Thanks so much, Joanne!
