ReplyDeleteSwimsuit season is not something that falls on my calendar! Even so, this sounds like a really creative and tasty twist on the classic mac. Sweet potatoes and spice always seem to go so well together in just about any dish.

ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting combination of flavors! I love that you were able to incorporate the soy meat into the dish to get a little more protein in. That's one of my biggest problems when I make a pasta dish.
